Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialisation in Finance. She has worked as a Finance Manager, Accountant, and Accounts Assistant in various organisations throughout her career.
Grace has over 10 years of experience driving financial accountability, donor compliance, and budget integrity across community-based and sports-focused organisations in East Africa. She has a proven track record of managing funds from diverse partners, ensuring that every coin is traceable, reportable, and used purposefully to achieve program impact.
She is highly skilled in the financial stewardship of grassroots football and youth empowerment programs, with strong expertise in preparing audited financial statements, managing donor-specific ledgers, and aligning expenditures with strategic program goals. Grace has also supported successful partnerships with international organisations and helped build internal systems that meet the rigorous standards of institutions such as UEFA, the FIFA Foundation, and other global bodies.
Grace currently works a Finance Manager at the Center for Sports and Growth.
